If you are accepted as a speaker in the Soulfully Aligned Solopreneurs Summit, you need to agree to the following terms:

1. The presentation is 25-minutes, “interview” style with a specific flow that will be explained during the application-interview. You'll get to share 3 tips, 3 tools, 3 points, or 3 related ideas.

2. There is NO selling during your presentation.
(OPTIONAL: There is one featured speaker spot available for each day of the summit for an additional $300. Instead of a 25-minute presentation and NO selling, featured speakers get 55 minutes and are able to sell a service or product during their presentation. If you're interested in being a featured speaker, ask me (Kathryn) about it during your "application - interview.")

3. There is a REFUNDABLE $200 deposit required to hold your spot. If 25 or more people sign up for the summit using your special affiliate link, you will get this $200 deposit back within 2 weeks after the summit.

4. There is a $47 administrative fee that is NON-refundable and used to cover the expenses of the summit.

5. You will receive 30% commission of all the affiliate sales from people who upgrade to VIP for this Soulfully Aligned Solopreneurs Summit using YOUR special affiliate link.

6. You will show up LIVE for your presentation and arrive 10 minutes early (or you forfeit the $200 deposit.)

7. You will do your best to attend one or both of the two Speaker Zoom Meet and Greet calls happening on Wednesdays, April 29 and May 6 at 1:00 - 1:45pm Pacific / 4:00 - 4:45pm Eastern. Prior to those calls, recorded videos of information (new) speakers need will be emailed to you. During the Meet and Greet calls, in addition to introductions by the speakers, there will be Q/A for any questions related to the information provided in the recorded videos.

8. You will promote the summit between May 1 - 15. I will provide you with an affiliate link, swipe copy, and graphics for emails and social media. In order to enroll 25 or more people (so you get your $200 deposit back), I suggest emailing your list 3 times, posting on social media 3 times in multiple places, and most importantly reaching out to several individuals with a personal message inviting them to the summit.

9. You will do your best to show up for the Invitation to the Summit Facebook LIVE on Wednesday May 13, 1:00 – 1:30pm Pacific / 4:00 – 4:30pm Eastern.

10. You will do your best to attend 2 or more presentations during this summit, other than your own, and be an active, engaged participant. It is highly recommended that you attend as much of the summit as possible.

11. You will do your best to show up for the VIP Networking Party on Saturday May 16 2:00 – 3:00pm Pacific / 5:00 – 6:00pm Eastern.

12. By April 13, you will complete the SPEAKER INFO FORM where you will provide a talk title and description, short bio, and headshot. You'll receive an email with a link to the SPEAKER INFO FORM upon the payment of your $247 deposit and administrative fee.

13. By April 23, you will complete your GIFTS INFO FORM where you'll provide information about your FREE gift and your VIP Gift that has a $300 or higher value. You'll need a URL to your opt-in page for your FREE gift and a second URL to your opt-in page for your VIP gift. By May 6, your opt-in pages need to be ready and working. You'll receive an email with a link to the GIFTS INFO FORM upon the payment of your $247 deposit and administrative fee.

14. The recording of the presentation is the “property” of Kathryn Yarborough (AKA Manifesting Clients Academy and Speakers with Heart) to be shared only with people who purchase the VIP Bundle of this summit.
