It’s our intention that the summit is a wonderful win-win-win experience for the speakers, attendees and VIP bundle registrants, and us.

The reason for the following terms is to make this an awesome experience for everyone! We want you to attract new followers and clients, the attendees and VIP Bundle registrants to get great value from the presentations and gifts, and for Krystal and I to have fun, grow our email lists, and make some money from the experience.

If this sounds good to you, read the following terms and make sure you’re okay with them.

By signing up to be a speaker at the Authentic Co-Creators Summit, you agree to the following terms:

1. The presentation is in an “interview” style with a specific flow. You'll get to share 3 tips, 3 tools, 3 points, or 3 related ideas.

2. There is NO selling during your presentation (but you can seed your offer).

3. You will show up LIVE for your presentation and arrive 10 minutes early. (However, since it’s going to be such a great event, we recommend that you attend as much of it as possible.)

4. There is a REFUNDABLE $200 deposit required to hold your spot. If 25 or more people sign up for the summit using your special affiliate link, you will get this $200 deposit back within 2 weeks after the summit.

5. There is a $47 administrative fee that is NON-refundable and used to cover the expenses of the summit.

6. You will receive 30% commission of all the affiliate sales from people who get the VIP Bundle for this Authentic Co-Creators Summit using YOUR special affiliate link. The VIP Bundle costs $47 before the summit, $97 during the summit, and $147 starting the day after the summit.

7. You will promote the global gathering between November 1 - 15. Kathryn Yarborough will provide you with swipe copy and graphics for emails and social media. In order to enroll 25 or more people (so you get your $200 deposit back), we suggest emailing your list 3 times, posting on social media 3 times in multiple places, and most importantly reaching out to several individuals with a personal message inviting them to the summit.

8. You will do your best to show up for the Invitation-to-the-Summit Facebook LIVE on November 13, 1 - 1:45pm PDT / 4 - 4:45pm EDT / November 14, 8 - 8:45am AEDT

9. You will do your best to attend 2 or more presentations during this gathering, other than your own, and be an active, engaged participant. (Ideally, you'll attend the entire event if possible.)

10. You will do your best to attend one or both of the two pre-event Speaker Prep Zoom calls happening on:
One) Oct 16, 2 - 2:45pm PDT / 5 - 5:45pm EDT / Oct. 17, 8 - 8:45am AEDT

Two) Oct 30, 2 - 2:45pm PDT / 5 - 5:45pm EDT / Oct. 31, 8 - 8:45am AEDT

11. By October 7, you will provide a talk title and description, short bio, and headshot using the parameters given to you upon acceptance as a speaker and the payment of your $247 deposit and administrative fee.

12. By October 18, you will provide a link for a FREE gift opt-in page for all event registrants using the parameters given to you upon acceptance. By November 6, your FREE gift opt-in page will be ready and working.

13. By October 18, you will provide an opt-in link for a VIP gift of $300 or higher value for folks who upgrade to the VIP level using the parameters given to you upon acceptance. By November 6, your VIP gift opt-in page will be ready and working.

14. The recording of the presentation is the “property” of Kathryn Yarborough (AKA Speakers with Heart) to be shared only with the VIP Bundle registrants of this gathering.
